The Project "Dialogue“, carried by the Office for Human Rights Tuzla, in which Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Banja Luka had been engaged as the partner organisation, was ended in 2008. The project activities consisted of monitoring implementation of the Law on Protection of Rights of Members of National Minorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and application of the Framework Convention on Rights of National Minorities, as well as lobbying for the law application in the areas where the problems were detected. One of the project results was the adoption of the Law on Protection of Rights of Members of National Minorities in Federation Bosnia and Herzegovina, the quality of which was ensured with the advocacy activities of the Bureau for Human Rights, but also with the results of the monitoring carried out by partner organisations.
